We are looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic to join a talented and skilled team, at our manufacturing facility located in Newmarket, Ontario. The Maintenance Mechanic performs minor and major tasks and repairs within a manufacturing environment. Duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Daily inspection/safety checks to ensure safe operation of production equipment
  • Set up of production equipment if required
  • Routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery
  • Feeding coils into machinery, and conducting quality checks as per BMI standards
  • Machine changeovers as required
  • Perform repairs on machinery and equipment within the facility as required

Qualifications:
